Dr Gwyneth Roberts is Senior Lecturer in Social Policy in the School of Sociology and Social Policy at the University of Wales. Dr Gordon Grant is Reader and Co-director of the Centre for Social Policy Research and Development in the School of Sociology and Social Policy at the University of Wales. John Borland is the Head of the School of Sociology and Social Policy at the University of Wales.
