Brandy Hall is the Founder and CEO of Shades of Green Permaculture. Since starting the business in 2008, Brandy has grown the team to a staff of 25 full-time employees working with thousands of clients to design and implement regenerative landscapes at homes, schools, businesses, new developments, city parks, and more. Brandy leads a purpose-driven business with a mission that empowers people to participate in the Earth’ s return to health. She has two decades of experience in building off-grid water systems, landscape construction, and integrated farming systems.
Brandy speaks at a variety of public engagements, from community events to conferences. Most recently, she was on a panel at the Georgia Climate Conference about the intersection of business and the climate, and the Keynote Speaker at the United States Green Building Council’ s Chrysalis Awards. She also recently presented at the Native Plant Symposium and has led garden tours at countless community events. She was named a 2023 Rising Star by My Home Improvement Magazine and Shades of Green has been recognized in the top 10% of all BCorps globally as a Best For The World Honoree since becoming certified in 2018. Brandy also serves as the Mayor for the City of Pine Lake, Georgia.
