Through Eggshells Press, she offers family members a wide variety of specialized booklets and other materials. She was also instrumental in the formation of the Personality Disorders Awareness Network (PDAN), a nonprofit organization. Kreger is author of Stop Walking on Eggshells, The Stop Walking on Eggshells Workbook, and The Essential Family Member Guide to Borderline Personality Disorder, among others. She speaks and gives workshops about BPD internationally. Christine Adamec, MBA, is a self-help author whose books include When Your Adult Child Breaks Your Heart and The Grandfamily Guidebook. She has authored and coauthored forty books, and is a member of the American Society of Journalists and Authors. Daniel S. Lobel, PhD, is a clinical psychologist who practices in Katonah, NY. He is an internationally known expert on borderline personality disorder (BPD), and consults with families all over the world who suffer with this disorder. He has taught at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, State University of New York, Hofstra School of Law, and lectures with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). He has written four books on the topic of BPD, and also writes a blog on the Psychology Today website.
