Carol Cardinal is a Metis woman who resides in Edmonton, Alberta, and is a proud member of Fort McMurray 468 First Nation.Carol's hopes are to see her Cree language and syllabics revitalized through her books.Carol Cardinal, along with her adopted kokum, Elder Doreen Wabasca, have facilitated Cree classes and cultural workshops on Zoom during COVID.Carol and Elder Doreen shared their Cree language, culture and traditions with Elk Island Catholic School students and others throughout Alberta, Saskatchewan, and BC.
