The Dragonknight

It is a time of darkness. The holy peacekeepers of the world, the paladins of light, have faded to obscurity. Nations stir with the drums of renewed war while rumors flit of the dead rising once more.


In a small town, a ranger known as Vellborand does his part, eradicating monsters that plague his homeland. But one day, monsters in the guise of men steal from him that which he holds most dear.


This thrusts the ranger, his faithful direwolf and a stranger from across the sea into the midst of a conspiracy, as he navigates falling in love. Within this plot that stretches nations as well as to the positions of power therein, they discover that perhaps, all is not as it seems.
