Oh Shine Lovely Moon

J.M.Lazell is an artist, illustrator and children's author living in Sussex, England. She is a wife, mother and owner of a scruffy dog and three goldfish. She studied English and Drama at St Mary's College, Strawberry Hill, in the hope of becoming the next Judy Dench. When this didn't happen, she trained as a Dance Movement Therapist at Laban, London. To date she has had a varied career as a dance assistant at Angelina Alessendre's Special Needs School, artist, prop maker, care assistant and postie, though sadly never made it to the Royal philharmonic Orchestra because her viola playing is very, very, very bad. She has bright pink hair and loves all cakes equally!
