ABOUT THE AUTHOR: "I've always felt it was worse to never do something because I was afraid to do it, then to do it and fail. With this ethos, I pursued my passion for wildlife photography" Pat Toth-Smith. As a woman, Pat Toth-Smith has had to battle with the difficulties of traveling, hiking, and camping alone in a male dominated profession in her pursuit of bears, wolves', wild horses and other hard to find wildlife.
