Known for creating easy-to-follow recipe tutorials, Poppy currently has over 4M followers on TikTok. < p/> Following almost a decade in professional kitchens, Poppy launched her debut cookbook The Food You Need in 2021, which received praise from the likes of Nigella Lawson, Rukmini Iyer and the Daily Mail, who called her the "millennials answer to Delia Smith".
