Robert Treuherz, MD, has a history of medical practice that spans nearly 40 years. Over the course of his career, he has served as an Internal Medicine physician for the Holy Cross Medical Group in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, a medical director for the Palm Air Medical Center in Pompano Beach, Florida, and a consulting and admitting physician with both 5 Residential Detox in Hollywood, California, and the Care Forward Treatment Center in Beverly Hills. He was on staff at five different hospitals in South Florida, including Pompano Beach Medical Center, Northridge Medical Center, Holy Cross Medical Group, North Broward Medical Center and Broward General. He was certified in Advanced Trauma Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. He laid the foundation for his career in Internal Medicine by completing clinical research with New York Medical College and the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, NY. His primary focus in his medical practice was treating patients in Critical Care settings and general hospital based Internal Medicine.
