Brenton is a 5th generation English Leicester breeder farming at Whitemore, northern Tasmania. He is proud to be looking after this breed on the same property that his great grandfather registered the first stud in 1871. Each generation has run registered English Leicesters and exhibited at Tasmanian as well as mainland shows. Brenton takes a team of English Leicester's to the Australian Sheep & Wool Show in Bendigo, Victoria each year as well as exhibiting at several local shows. Brenton is a federal longwool sheep judge, having judged nationally, as well as in the United States and Sweden. He is currently the Federal President and Tasmanian State Chairman of the Australian Stud Sheep Breeders Association as well as President of the English Leicester Association of Australia.
