Qì Xng Táng Láng Quán Qì Gng - Seven-Star Praying Mantis Kung Fu Qì Gng

the Seven-Star Praying Mantis style is a traditional Chinese Kung Fu Style which originated at the end of the Míng dynasty in Y ntái, in Sh nd ng province, northern China.
Our style was so lucky as to be able to include among its theoretical writings an entire volume about an ancient Qì G ng routine, the " - Shào Lín Y B Zh n Chuán - Canon of the real transmission of Shào Lín, attributed to the Taoist/ sage - Shéng Xi o and represents a true treasure, never revealed to western practitioners.
I tried to put into perspective the hermetic teachings of Taoist practice of this ancient text with the teachings of traditional Chinese medicine, correlating them also with the exercises I already know, to get the maximum result in practice. I hope I succeeded at least in part.
