In New Orleans, 3034. Detective John W. Williams (A.K.A. Duke), haunted by recurring nightmares of a fiery car crash, drowns his anxieties in medication and therapy sessions. A far cry from the happy life he once envisioned. But the power comes at a steep cost: a single-use void of antidote can lead to rapid Alzheimer's and death.


As John delves deeper, he uncovers a chilling truth: he and Marcus are lab-created twins, their DNA the key to a cure. On the run from the government desperate for the Gemini formula, they become entangled in a deadly game of cat and mouse. John must confront Marcus, a man twisted by a harsh upbringing and a lust for absolute power, and Special Agent Lawson who is the head of a secret government agency that developed the now illegal drug.
