Abu Sayed Zahiduzzaman was born in Bangladesh and immigrated to Canada, Quebec, Montreal at the age of eight. He was married for five years, and his wife gave birth to a lovely daughter, Samiya Zahiduzzaman. While he attended college, symptoms of depression started, which continued until university. Sometime after 2003, he got sick and had psychosis and later was diagnosed with Schizophrenia. He lived a difficult life because of the people in his community. Some created gossips, mostly emotional blackmail, that hurt the author emotionally and mentally. He has been a victim of violence as well as sexual harassment in many occasions by his surroundings. Sadly, his loved one-more precisely, partner-did not accept his illness especially after his relapse in 2013. Abu Sayed Zahiduzzaman was extremely hurt by not having his partner by his side. With her absence, he has written his first book called Schizophrenia: A Patient's Perspective. Problems continued with his partner, and he decided to take a serious decision to separate from her. While filling for divorce due to psychological harassment, he decided to write another book called Toxic Relationships: A Psychological Point of View. Each individual may interpret this book differently as each one of you is different. Writing these books not only gave him hope, but it also made him stronger as a person. Hopefully, you will enjoy reading this book, and if you need advice, you may refer to this book.
