But You is a work that I have wanted to write for a couple of years. It is a combination of fiction and non-fiction story telling. I have enjoyed telling a story of a man who finds himself in a very precarious position by receiving a four-volume set of journals written by his pastor. Pastor was dying and unable to continue, so having not much else to do staying home, he decided to re-read his own journaling that he had taken forty years to write. He found something surprising there in his handwritten notes that he felt needed to be reported. He knew by then that he may only have days yet to live, so he gave that responsibility to Mark. The next portion of But You is a walk back in time to the first century church and Paul the apostle''s involvement with the Christians in that era, and his eventful march to Damaskus. Part three takes us on another journey back to the 21st century church. . . TODAY. All of the chapters in this last section include some unique story telling as well.
