CodeSwitch follows the journey of DeMarco Bullock, from early beginnings in the Nation's Capital to Landover, Maryland, a story of perseverance and the acquired knowledge needed to transition from the streets to Corporate America. This gritty, unconventional tale follows Bullock's unique rags-to-riches story, making the 180 from a jail cell to working for the federal government. CodeSwitch serves as both a testament to the power of faith and perseverance, as well as a how-to guide for at-risk youth looking to cross over into the world of trades, particularly in the HVAC field.
