Sins of the Fire: Purgatory picks up where the first book left off, with Kane and his friend Imani preparing for a much-needed vacation. Their plans are abruptly interrupted when Kane is attacked and swallowed by Jonah, a humanoid angel and Remnant. Within Jonah's labyrinthine realm, Kane faces a dire choice: to sacrifice Mysherra or find another way to escape.
