I want products which help with my condition without me having to go to pharmaceutical antifungals. Majority of the antimicrobials work by destabilizing the cell walls of the bacteria. As such this does affect healthy cells. They can wipe out both good and bad flora indiscriminately. Overuse of antimicrobials could possibly result in developing resistance too.

I moved towards managing Candida overgrowth from conventional antifungals to diet, supplements and natural products. This was the only sustainable way for me to manage it.

I hope this book shows there is a way to manage this condition. If I can find a way, I believe anyone can.
