Lish is a former bookseller based in the US. Her writing career began in children' s books, where her debut Hold me Closer, Necromancer won the Scandiuzzi Children' s Book Award, was an ALA Best Book for Young Adults title, and a Morris Award finalist.
Recently her list of books include a mixture of YA and adult titles across a plethora of genres, all connected by her wry sense of humour, a ton of heart, and poignant social commentary.
