Bruno Pascale is the chef, owner, and creator of Marley's Gotham Grill, home to over 400 wing flavors. A graduate of the Culinary Arts Institute in Jersey City, New Jersey, he earned his Associate of Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts, graduating summa cum laude. Chef Pascale grew up in Newark, New Jersey, in a large Italian family where everything was cooked from scratch in the traditional way. He is fluent in Spanish, Italian, English, and Portuguese. His passion for food began at the young age of thirteen when he first set eyes on the Pillsbury Doughboy, inspiring a lifelong love of the kitchen. Throughout his career, Chef Pascale has competed on several Food Network cooking competition shows. He won Cooks vs. Cons in 2016 and competed on Fire Masters in 2019. His award-winning wings have earned him numerous honors, including a nomination as the Top Dog of Wings in New Jersey. Today, he resides in Flemington, New Jersey, with his wife Laurie and their two adopted daughters, Ava and Sophie. When he is not crafting new flavors, Chef Pascale enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time at the beach. His passion for giving back is a driving force, and every holiday season he proudly organizes meals for seniors, healthcare workers, and the homeless. Chef Pascale's dream is to take Marley's wings across America with the expansion of his restaurant and two food trucks, sharing his flavor and passion with communities nationwide.
