The surface finish analysis of material is very important for design and manufacturing the products. The importance is enhanced for surface finish in manufacturing field. The surface finish is evaluated through experimentally through CNC machining. Drill bit angle is a critical parameter that significantly impacts hole quality during CNC drilling operations. This study investigates the influence of drill bit angle on hole quality in CNC drilling, specifically focusing on hole accuracy, surface roughness, surface finishing and burr formation. Experiments are conducted using different drill bit angles and machining parameters to evaluate their effects on these hole quality metrics.
