Scarred amnesiac, Steve Atkinson, (AKA Seth Andrews) endures police interrogations, reconstructive surgeries, fear and loneliness to begrudgingly fit back into his family and society, while longing for his former home in the secluded bush. Not only does he struggle with a potentially long jail sentence hanging over his head, but his father refuses to acknowledge him, much to his family's frustration and heartbreak.
Steve is urged to have professional help to regain his memories prior to the deadly beating and acid attack five years earlier, but he is torn between wanting to remember his early life but wishing he could forget the horrific events he endured during the recent past five years. Meanwhile, a mysterious enemy not only threatens to kill him, but also wants to destroy the one thing he loves the most.
