About Author Kateryna Markhanova was born in Ukraine, which was part of the USSR at the time. After successful graduation (M. Sc. with honors) from one of the leading universities in Kiev, she worked on implementing the ISO Management Standards into the business processes of a large construction corporation. She had a dream of getting an international degree without having a financial budget for such kind of education abroad. Her dream came true as she won a scholarship for a one-year study in Switzerland. Kateryna successfully completed the MSc. Human-Environment Systems, ETH Zurich. Her professional background includes engineering, IT, financial services in a corporate environment, and coaching professionals with different backgrounds across the globe to achieve their life goals, feel joy and gain success.
