Dr. Ma. Rosario, or Doc Rio, is a veterinarian from the University of the Philippines Los Bañ os, and a proud owner of eight cats and four dogs. She was not a cat person to begin with but fell totally in love with them almost as soon as she got her first cat, and she has loved all her cats ever since.
