Menopause Yoga brings together western medical science and eastern wellbeing for menopause education, so that individuals can feel empowered and able to embrace the menopause as an opportunity for self-growth. It includes a toolkit of techniques, poses, breathwork, meditation, CBT and self-enquiry to help manage symptoms, as well as being the dedicated resource for those wanting to teach Menopause Yoga(TM).
