What is the secret to lasting happiness? In The Stoicism Workbook, readers learn how thinking like Socrates and other Stoics--and using the Socratic method of self-inquiry--can help them identify what truly matters in their life, and build the inner strength and resilience needed to go out and get it! Combining ancient philosophical wisdom with modern psychology, this practical self-help workbook helps readers think flexibly, maintain inner peace, adapt to difficult situations, and overcome mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, anger, and more.
