Thal Dixon is a ten time Best of State winner in Utah. He has won six years in the Children's Book Category and four years for Poetry. He was also awarded the overall award for all of Arts and Entertainment in 2016. As founder and CEO of Grumpy Publications, Thal strives to create stories that parents and children will want to sit and read together. Many of his inspired ideas come while he is driving and pondering his relationships with his wife and five kids in Sandy, Utah. His favorite part of being an Author is visiting schools and sharing his stories with kids.
