Jyothi has a master's in industrial engineering from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE)-currently Indian Institute of Mumbai (IIM), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India-and is an Executive Fellow in Management (doctoral equivalent) from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
