Jan Gettel has finally become a cadet in Space Command, and is given his first mission with Agent Tom Manx.
When a scientist is kidnapped, it is up to Agent Tom Manx and his cadet, Jan Gettel, to locate and rescue him. They follow the kidnappers throughout the Galactic Commonwealth trying to rescue the rocket scientist. Will they be able to rescue the scientist and bring the kidnappers to justice?
