From the reviews:
The book edited by dr. Karantanas and his international team is devoted to and fully covers the topic of sport injuries in the young. this book will be very much appreciated by radiologists, orthopaedics, paediatricians, physiotherapists and sports trainers. (G. Beluffi, La Radiologia Medica, Vol. 117, 2012)
This book is part of the Diagnostic Imaging series and is a useful addition. It covers all aspects of sports injury and describes the most suitable imaging modality to make the diagnosis. The number and quality of illustrations is good. the layout of the chapters makes it useful as a reference text to dip into. Overall this book would be of value to a consultant radiologist who is involved in imaging traumatic injuries in children and adolescents .
