Plot:
Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov are both top-tier hockey players and famous for their rivalry. But what nobody knows is just how heated their rivalry actually is. It all begins with one simple knock on a hotel room door, and for many years to come, it is nothing more, isnt it? Or are there more feelings involved than they want to admit?
Design:
Perfectly matching the plot, we see Hollander and Rozanov on the cover in their hockey gear, in their famous face-off position.
The chapters are a nice length, making it easy to read several in one sitting without getting tired. Reid not only makes you feel the tension between the two of them, but also leaves plenty of room for laughter with her undoubtedly humorous dialogue.
And even if you dont like hockey, you will very quickly become a supporter of Shane and Ilya. If you enjoy spicy scenes, you will get exactly what youre looking for, alongside romance, friendship, and, of course, rivalry.
Conclusion:
5 stars for this spicy hockey romance! I definitely want to read more about the two of them.
