Amidst the rain-soaked streets of London, a nameless protagonist, whose days are just as empty, drifts through life----standing by the Thames River, questioning the purpose of social interactions, attending university, working part-time at a bookstore owned by his Uncle, spending his days by observing the bustling city around; feeling like an unnoticed outsider , watching the life in surroundings rather than actively participating. A turning point occurs when he meets a poetess in a park at pavilion on a rainy day.
