BETSY GROBAN enjoyed a long career in book publishing, public broadcasting, and arts advocacy. Currently, she is a correspondent for The Boston Globe and the book review editor of the Jane Austen Society of North America. Betsy lives in Cambridge, MA. She has two grown daughters and four magnificent grandchildren.
JOANIE STONE was born and raised in Virginia, where she still lives today with her husband and daughter. She spends her days painting in her studio in the country, surrounded by nature. She is the illustrator of the New York Times Bestseller Caitlin Clark: A Little Golden Book Biography and the Little Golden Books Let's Go Trick-or-Treating! and I'm Going to Kindergarten!
