Lodestar

In a world where fire is sacred and sight is not the only path to truth, a blind boy named Halflight carries a spark that could restore balance to a fractured land. Sheltered and underestimated, he discovers his inner strength through the guidance of his loyal friend Freyr and the enigmatic wanderer Ryoji.

When the Solari tribe falls to the mechanized might of the Harrowyn Empire, Halflight is thrust into a journey across burning forests, industrial wastelands, and ancient ruins. Along the way, he awakens a mysterious flame-stone, confronts the corrupted spirit of the Owl, and begins to understand his destiny as a Lodestar; a chosen guardian meant to restore harmony between humanity and the sacred fire.

As he learns to perceive the world through sound, pulse, and intuition, Halflight faces the ultimate trial: confronting the Iron Regent, a fallen Lodestar consumed by power. In a battle of perception, courage, and compassion, he must choose forgiveness over vengeance, wisdom over fear, and light over shadow.
