In the city of Arcadia a virus has spread that has caused people of color to turn into werewolves. Due to this discovery segregation laws have been reinstated and has caused a divide amongst the races. With the shapeshifters now casted out into the wilderness a war brews between wolves and mankind. the wolves crown a woman as king and starts a revolution but now years a young girl named Loba searching for her purpose in life learns the hard truth about the world and now goes on a journey to find the missing pieces of her heritage in hopes of ending the war.
