What if creation was never meant to stop?
What if believing hard enough didn't just shape ideas, but worlds?
Ross Evans never questioned reality. He lived in a world without magic, gods, or miracles. A world built on rules, reason, and survival. Then a violent rupture tears him out of it and drops him into something far older and far more dangerous.
When Ross is torn from his world and thrust into the shattered realm of Teraulis, he discovers that reality itself is collapsing. Once a technological giant, Teraulis now lies in ruins, patrolled by metallic guardians and scarred by a catastrophe it helped create. It has merged with another world, one already destroyed and the other struggling to endure.
That other world is Pasaulis, the original world. A realm where magic flows through everything and creation itself was born. Ross arrives in the middle of a war that has burned for over a thousand years, fought across realities separated by a thinning veil of existence.
The truth is worse than he imagined. His world was not the first. It was created, a reality born from the desire to erase magic entirely.
Taken to the hidden refuge of Safehaven, Ross is forced into a brutal crash course of combat, ancient magic, and political tensions he barely understands. Strange occurrences haunt him. Forgotten history seems to recognize him. Beneath his skin, an impossible power begins to stir, something that does not belong fully to technology or magic, but somewhere between.
His only anchor is Sara, a hardened warrior with secrets of her own. She challenges him, steadies him, and pulls him deeper into a world where trust is fragile and survival is never guaranteed.
Long ago, the original god of creation tried to end it all. Defeated and stripped of most of his power, he was cast down. The wounds he left behind never healed. Now the veil is tearing. The god is returning, and he is using creation itself as a weapon.
Ross doesn't understand why he was pulled from his world, or why Pasaulis reacts to him in ways it shouldn't. What he does know is that the man he was, grounded, rational, human, may not survive what this world demands of him.
As ancient forces rise and reality begins to fracture, Ross must decide whether to cling to who he has always been or become something else entirely to stop creation from collapsing.
