I bring over 40 years of professional experience - starting in sales, followed by roles in controlling & finance, procurement, quality management, and later in supply chain management as well as health & safety. More than 30 of those years were spent in leadership positions. Throughout all these roles, my focus has always been not only on managing processes but also on developing people, taking responsibility, and driving meaningful change.
I think entrepreneurially, work solution-oriented, and approach tasks with a clear hands-on mentality. At the same time, I have never stopped learning - whether through further education, self-study, or exchanges with colleagues.
One question has always been at the heart of my work: How can knowledge be conveyed in a way that truly creates impact? Out of this conviction, I developed the LEVADIS® Culture Ladder - a model designed to make training practice-oriented, foster motivation, and enable genuine cultural transformation within organizations.
