What I enjoy most is the Ferris wheel. In the evening it is all lit up. Sometimes at night when I gaze across the fairgrounds the wheel is a great glowing circle. Now I wait in a long line of people clutching tickets to ride the big wheel. It can hold more people than all who live in Labrador, and it is as high as the mountains in Nachvak Bay. Finally the wheel comes to a stop. Everybody gets off, and now it is my turn to climb on. I feel excitement when the wheel moves, lifting me high in the air. From here I can see across the park. The people below look as small as birds, and I glimpse acres of large white buildings with steel-and-glass domes. When I return to Labrador, I will tell Kippinguk all about it.
