Allison Smiley, MS, CHt, is a holistic and spiritual practitioner, teacher, author, and speaker. She is a certified hypnotherapist, Reiki master, and has a master's degree in psychology with a specialization in trauma and crisis intervention. In addition to her 8-Step Trauma Healing Program, Allison teaches Reiki, meditation, and hypnotherapy, offers a Holistic Practitioner Certification Program, and facilitates spiritual retreats for women. She has published and recorded six guided meditations and two e-books on overcoming emotional eating. Allison is passionate about helping people overcome negative patterns and beliefs that have resulted in anxiety, depression, weight and body issues, and feelings of separation and disconnection.
