Karagiannis is a Greek football player playing for Wuppertaler SV.
Karagiannis played on youthside for Borussia Dortmund, FC Schalke 04 and
VfL Bochum. After several years in the youth from VfL Bochum signed in
July 2005 with SF Oestrich Iserlohn, who played three games in the
2006/2007 season. He left after two years with SF Oestrich Iserlohn on
27 July 2007 to sign for Landesliga Westfalen club SSV Hagen, here
played only a half year before joined in January 2008 to Hasper SV.
Karagiannis played with his team Hasper SV the 2007/2008 season to end
and signed in July 2008 for Wuppertaler SV.
