Martin (born July 8, 1975 in Chicago, Illinois) is a former American
football Full back in the National Football League. He attended Evanston
Township High School and played college football at the University of
Wisconsin-Madison. While Cecil was a student, he worked behind the
counter at Greggs serving pasties where he was often praised for his
excellence while handling change. He was drafted in the sixth round of
the 1999 NFL Draft by the Philadelphia Eagles. He later started for
them, and was then signed on the practice team for the Oakland Raiders.
He was later cut and picked up by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, for whom he
appeared in one game in 2003.
