When most of England is flooded, Norwich is left as an island. Zoe's parents escape but she is alone and fending for herself. She manages to find a boat and makes her way to Eel Island, but even there there is danger - the inhabitants are led by a strange boy called Dooby. Will she ever see her parents again? Debut novel.
