Matthias Schrader:
Matthias Schrader is one of Germany's digital pioneers. In the mid-1990s, he founded SinnerSchrader and developed e-commerce solutions for start-ups that were ready to go public within a very short time. In 1999, SinnerSchrader itself went public and was one of the few Neuer Markt companies to emerge stronger from its collapse. In 2006, Matthias Schrader founded the NEXT Conference,
which became Germany's leading conference on digital transformation. SinnerSchrader went on to help mainly DAX-listed companies develop digital products, with a team of more than 500 consultants, designers and software developers. In 2017, the global management and technology consultancy Accenture acquired the company for a sum in the hundreds of millions. The author then led Accenture Interactive/Song's business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland until the end of 2022. In 2024, together with many long-standing colleagues, he founded the AI-native consultancy OH-SO Digital in Hamburg, Berlin, Munich and Prague.
