January 22, 1984)is an award winning American singer/songwriter born and
raised in Charlotte, North Carolina and currently residing in Los
Angeles, California. Sable has opened for well known artists like Meiko
and Sara Bareilles. Mia was born in Charlotte, North Carolina. She is
half Korean, and parts German and Native American (Choctaw). Sable
attended Charlotte Latin School and performed in musical theater and
chorus productions, in addition to founding the school's dance team in
2000. She also attended summer programs at the Children's Theatre of
Charlotte as well as performed at the community theater, Theatre
Charlotte. Sable transferred to Idyllwild Arts Academy, in Idyllwild,
California for her senior year in high school to study musical theater
in a conservatory environment. In 2002, she was admitted to UCLA's
School of Theater, Film and Television for musical theater, graduating
in 2007.
