The Retreats are for women who have been through abusive relationships and deserve a retreat to help them move forward in life. The Retreats are all about MOVING FORWARD, not about THE PAST. Friday is a relaxing night getting to know each other. Saturday is all about setting goals with Tessa and focusing on the future. Sunday is get up when you want and leave when you want. There is downtime, and there is a POOL, GYM and games rooms, as well as bush walks, relaxing, vision boards, writing goals, and Karaoke.
