Case studies are a wonderful way to engage future educators in real-life problem solving. William Hayes has been a high school teacher, assistant principal, high school principal, superintendent of schools, adjunct professor, and for the past nine years has served as chairman of the Teacher Education Division at Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, New York.
