Pre-order the all new collection of farming fiascos and flat-cap antics from the UK's best loved gentleman farmer and (two time!) Sexiest Man Alive winner Jeremy Clarkson
'Fans of Prime TV series Clarkson's Farm will enjoy this companion' IRISH TIMES
Welcome back to Clarkson's farm.
After a year of natural disasters, cow disease, and man-made catastrophe inflicted by Westminster, all Diddly Squat had to show for everyone's cunning plans and hard work was a £5, 000 loss.
The G. O. A. T. ? Some hope. It was barely OK.
But while Jeremy might have suffered an annus horribilis, it wasn't all doom and gloom. Not when our irrepressible hero learned from two smiling overseas visitors that in China he's feted as a 'second Shakespeare' because he is 'quite good' at writing.
And fortunately, Diddly Squat has never left him short of anything to write about.
From a thirteen-ton digger armed with a chainsaw to an attempt to cook that produced what appeared to be an amputated testicle, and from the farm's teeming birdlife to a simple walk in the countryside, there was pleasure to be found in all things great and small. Shared with friends.
Turns out that life on Diddly Squat is rather better than OK, or even 'quite good', after all.
At times, perhaps, it really is the Greatest Of All Time . . .
