The Dark Ballet is a series of poems I wrote after I asked my pastor for a letter of recommendation for seminary, and was turned down. The story deals with me attempting to find my place in the world after this horrible shock. It also is my attempt at trying to find myself as a spiritual being, in the face of bipolar disorder and accompanying psychosis.
