All the principles that Gandhi applied in political and social life had strong spiritual and religious foundations, and these foundations are what magnified the impact of these principles. Perhaps this book serves to shed light on these firmly established foundations of Gandhi, to which he devoted his life completely, and he considered everything he did on the political level to be nothing but a form of his search for truth and God. He believed that it was possible to live according to a spiritual and moral life and apply that to the political field as well: ". . . therefore we must establish the Kingdom of Heaven in politics as well."
