Led by Raile and Gradick, The Miscreant Royalty fight against wealth and power immeasurable. In order to remove themselves from normative society, they've brainwashed themselves with mantras called Colloquies, using these oft-quoted phrases to keep their heads straight. The rest of the world calls them what they are: terrorists.

Under their quaint town of Indigo Bay sits a cavern where the powerful can indulge in any and all horrible vices. The Royalty tolerated the depravity as long as it stayed in the City Beneath. But when the activity of a new suicide cult bursts onto the surface, all bets are suddenly off.

By their own design, The Miscreant Royalty are cunning, insolent and goddamned savage. Their burning path of revenge brings them into confrontation with eerie characters in a noir Wonderland, while their Black Hearts of Gold becomes the ultimate weapon against those who dare stand in the way.
