John Zayas is the founder and senior leader of a thriving network of ministries and community initiatives in Chicago. For over three decades, he has faithfully served in urban neighborhoods, transforming abandoned buildings into centers of hope, raising up the next generation of leaders, and responding to crises with compassion and courage.John transitioned pastoral leadership of Grace and Peace Church to his son, Pastor JohnEric, and now focuses on empowering pastors and leaders across Chicago through Fire Network CHI, while continuing to spearhead community development projects such as housing, food distribution, and outreach to the vulnerable.
